Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all saddles within the continental U.S. Saddles ship through standard carriers with tracking provided.
- Processing time Most in‑stock saddles ship within 2–3 business days. Custom orders follow the manufacturer’s timeline.
Trial Policy
Every saddle purchase includes a 3‑day trial period, beginning at the time of your virtual fitting appointment.
- Trial begins after your virtual fitting This ensures you’re evaluating the saddle with proper guidance.
- Saddle must remain in like‑new condition Use a clean pad, avoid rain, and protect the leather from scratches or dye transfer.
- If the saddle isn’t a match You may return or exchange it within the 3‑day trial window. A return shipping label will be provided on the 3rd day. Do not panic, it can go out on the 4th or 5th day. I want you to have THREE SOLID days with your FITTED saddle.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns accepted within the 3‑day trial window Saddles must be clean, undamaged, and free of wear.
- $250 restocking fee applies to returns This covers cleaning, inspection, and administrative processing.
- Restocking fee waived for exchanges Exchanges must be initiated within the trial period.
- Refunds Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, saddles must meet the following:
- No scratches, stains, or damage
- No stretching or leather impressions
- No marks from stirrup leathers or girths
- No odors, grooming residue, or debris
Saddles returned with wear beyond normal trial use may incur additional fees or be declined.
Virtual Fitting Policy
Your trial and purchase are supported by a personalized virtual fitting session.

- Rider must provide requested photos and videos
- Recommendations are based on biomechanics and visible data
Final decisions remain the responsibility of the rider.
